We rented bikes from the hotel and even when it was raining (usual for winter in Hoi An) they lent us ponchos, umbrellas and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The banh mi’s on arrival and departure were the icing on the cake that will ensure Lion Hotel is never forgotten. Best hosts ever!

But the staff and customer service is impeccable! I went to each of the recommendations the staff gave me and they were all amazing. The hotel itself is a bit of a walk from the Old Town, but it makes up for it by being peaceful and quiet.
