Room size was spacious, staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast and dinner restaurants well stocked and yummy. Room was quiet, despite the floor being full of guests. The hotel is well poisitioned in Andorra la Vella being between the old town and the new.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. They go that extra mile for you to make your stay even more pleasant and comfortable. The location is great, in the shopping street, short (10-15 min) walk to “the old town” and 5 minutes to Caldea spa. We also enjoyed the restaurant a lot, delicious food (we had breakfast and dinner there). The room facilities and comfort are everywhere you would except from a 5* hotel, very large and comfortable bed, clean and soundproof. We had an excellent experience and we will definitely be back to this hotel.

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Good room, clean bathroom and a nice balcony with a great view of La Massana. Great location with underground parking close by. All in all a very enjoyable stay in Andorra. Cannot wait to got back in the winter. Hotel also assists with organizing outside activities.

    I have been staying in Rutllan several times and so far it's best option for me in La Massana. Addition to great location they have best breakfast and Sauna in Andorra (stayed in ~10 other hotels in Andorra).

    Fantastically clean and well run hostel- right in the middle of la massana. Great staff who were very helpful and nice. I was there during low season but it was still easy to meet people as it's one of the only hostels in Andorra and I think folks congregate there. Bar downstairs has great food at reasonable prices.

    The location in La Massana is very accessible to the bus stop going to Ordino or Andorra La Vella. We liked staying here than in Andorra La Vella. It was more relaxing.
