The hotel is located very close to "TC8 Soldeu" ski lift, so it only takes 5 minutes to walk there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. Breakfast and dinner are very good.

Everything!! Love it! The staff, the breakfast, the location, the facilities! My kids love the kids club! Bianca and Victoria ( front desk) help us to arrange all our activities in Granvalira. It was amazing holidays. We want to come back! Highly recommend it!

We stayed at the Serras second time, and will come back again! We loved everything about this place, felt very comfortable and always had attention from the staff! The food at the restaurant was very delicious and staff friendly! Ski rentals and own slope for kids are great plus! We definitely come back again!!!
