We booked this hotel, very early in the year, in advance of the Abu Dhabi GP, and honestly admit, we were merely looking at the price and the location (drivable to Yas Island). However, we were delighted with the hotel and staff. We did not use the hotel facilities much, since we were out all day, but the rooms are large and very well kept and the staff is exceptionally kind and professional. We ordered breakfast in our room a few times, and it was delivered hot and there was a large variety of items. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We always had a friendly face at reception greeting us, or happy to answer any questions. There was a grocery store right next door, for when we needed to buy stuff, and we had no issues with booking taxis to and from the place.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The reception staff Waleed were very kind and welcoming. They helped with all my questions and made check-in easy. The room was very clean and well-prepared. Housekeeping staff Sachindu came every day and kept everything neat and fresh. Great service overall!
