We booked this hotel, very early in the year, in advance of the Abu Dhabi GP, and honestly admit, we were merely looking at the price and the location (drivable to Yas Island). However, we were delighted with the hotel and staff. We did not use the hotel facilities much, since we were out all day, but the rooms are large and very well kept and the staff is exceptionally kind and professional. We ordered breakfast in our room a few times, and it was delivered hot and there was a large variety of items. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We always had a friendly face at reception greeting us, or happy to answer any questions. There was a grocery store right next door, for when we needed to buy stuff, and we had no issues with booking taxis to and from the place.

The 4-star Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate hotel is ideally located at the end of the creek between Abu Dhabi Gate City and Bain Al Jessrain in Al Maqta area.

I liked every single thing about this property. We were welcomed by the most amazing front office team. Always smiling always welcoming. Food was amazing especially the staff. Even the smallest detail were on point. We enjoyed every bit of it.

The staff is truly exceptional! Most helpful, proactive and with excellent communication between departments, shifts and colleagues. They go extra mile, so we felt so well taken care of. Loved that our room had a balcony and a sea view! Location was perfect for our purposes - not that far from the airport and Yas Island and just 10 min to Shaikh Zayed Mosque - marvelous! And they have a beautiful view on it (the mosque).

Excellent Hotel I really loved it,friendly staff many thanks to mr. Mohan at front desk also mr. Hamza at breakfast buffet excellent service both of you .The cleaning team excellent job for cleaning our rooms. Friendly reception staff the rooms spacious, sound prove nice channels TV. Location not bad it’s about 20 min drive to Yas Parks by Taxi around 50 DH . To Marina mall 30 min drive around 60 DH . Nice beach and nice side walk to go for a walk .
