I travel a lot with family, and this hotel is one of the best we have stayed. We stayed in family suite , very large rooms and living area, it even has kitchen. Beds were very comfortable , overall property is very new and great quality From reception check in process , breakfast, dinner and check out everything was outstanding Great location for visiting the cathedral and exploring the city

Nice room, modern amenities, kitchen to use downstairs and nice little pool and chairs for hot afternoons!

The place is relaxing and chilling. Host is very kind for us to take us to visit some some main attractions in Vagharshapat and also drop us off at Zvartnots International Airport. :)

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The home is cozy, the bedroom is very comfortable, and everything is exceptionally clean. It’s located in a peaceful and quiet area, and what you see in the photos is exactly what you get, which is always reassuring. The location is excellent , very close to the airport, and the hosts provide free transfers, which was incredibly convenient. They are warm, accommodating, and truly lovely people. Communication is effortless as they speak Armenian, Russian, English, and Arabic, making it welcoming for guests from all over the world. The breakfast was a delightful experience, especially the homemade jam it was absolutely delicious! The entire stay felt more like visiting family than just being a guest. If you’re looking for a place that combines cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional hospitality, this is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it and would love to stay here again! Thanks a lot! 🥰
