Everything was first class. But the best of the Best was the reception staff. They were simply the best ever. Osvaldo, Florencia, Valentina, Carolina, always went out of their way to help and to make your stay even better, and always with a smile. I have never met such friendly, competent, professional and helpful front office staff breakfast was excellent and also healthy options were available big and super clean rooms.

The location is amazing for the vibrant Palermo district. The hotel is beautifully designed and finished. The staff are among the best I've had in any stay worldwide.
