United StatesFrom the moment we were greeted at the reception desk to our check out, we received excellent customer service. The rooms are spacious with a fireplace, well appointed and there was a bucket of wine & macarons on the mantle when we arrived. Bathrooms are spacious and impeccably clean with soft linens and a well stocked mini bar with complimentary drinks. It is located steps away from a number of main attractions in the heart of Vienna. We were exceptionally impressed with the Leo Grand.
