Visited for skiing and family holidays. Apartment was immaculate! Clean, modern, nicely furnished, very spacious, the view is great and all the amenities are there. Main room and kitchen are really nice to spend time in. Both bedrooms are big and spacious. The bathroom is fully equipped with a spacious shower (no washing or drying machine, though) yet there is additional separate toilet too and a very practical separate storage room too. We also liked that the kitchen is extensively equipped and that all the appliances are quality made. Apartment is easy to get to and ski room is immediately at entry. Parking is numbered and covered. Villach centre is approx. 15mins drive away but there's also a train station 5min walk from the apartment. From the host we also received Erlebnis tourist card which allowed us a free entry into Warmbad thermae and Volume Bouldering hall, further adding to the value. All in all this has been a very pleasant apartment to stay in and we would gladly pick it again anytime.

The hotel was easy to find--centrally located on the main road. Our room was modern, clean, and comfortable. The air conditioning actually worked, I was so thrilled (the other hotels on our trip had advertised air conditioning that didn't really work after all)!! The AC was fully adjustable in our room, so I sat there on the bed like a penguin that sits under the snow machine in the exhibit at the zoo; it was heaven. The breakfast was SO GOOD. Americans, this place had the crispiest bacon I have ever seen on the European continent. On our way to and from our room, we passed through a game room with foosball and pool tables, so naturally I challenged my husband to a game of pool (I won). There was on-site parking, and the connecting restaurant was also fantastic--we had dinner there. Our room also had a balcony which was nice. When we mentioned to the front desk upon checkout that we were going to the lake on our way out of town, they gave us a coupon so we wouldn't have to pay to go to the public beach.
