I always select a hotel near a train station since I travel alone. This is the only hotel near the central station and this is the 2nd time that I have stayed here. While I enjoyed the hotel in 2022, it has been totally renovated and it is wonderful -- great price, large room and a great free breakfast. The ladies will cook your eggs if you have a special request as the kitchen in right there. The lady at registration remembered me from 2022. If you walk to the left coming out of the train station, at the traffic light you will see the hotel right in front of you (across the street). The renovations are first class with a HUGE TV screen.

Hotel "Wilder Mann" is only a 7-minute walk from Linz’s Main Train Station. It offers free Wi-Fi access in public areas. In the morning, a rich breakfast buffet is served at Hotel Wilder Mann.

Well located in the center of town. Great view of the cathedral from our room. The spa was great, clean and appreciated after a good cycling day. Well set up for cyclists.
