The staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked this hotel to rest and recover after a surgery I had. Everyone was so kind. The lounge on the top level is comfortable and nice. I liked the coffee and tea options over there.

This is truly a five-star experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sydney, near iconic landmarks. Everything! Place was spacious, clean, and new. They provided free coffee in our room with refills too. Woolworths was only a 5-min walk. 5-min drive from the airport also. Perfect place if you want to be near Sydney airport.
