The staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked this hotel to rest and recover after a surgery I had. Everyone was so kind. The lounge on the top level is comfortable and nice. I liked the coffee and tea options over there.

This is truly a five-star experience. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Sydney, near iconic landmarks. My room was fantastic, offering a breathtaking full view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge. The food was excellent, and the staff was amazing, providing top-notch service. The hotel’s modern design and luxurious atmosphere made my stay even more special. I also appreciated the complimentary snacks and a bottle of wine - a wonderful touch! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sydney.

    The location is fantastic, it wasn’t the weather for exploring centennial park, but over Oxford & Queen St shops, previous Paddington local, no nice to be back for a visit.

    Location was great, Centennial Park in walking distance and close to the CBD. It was great to have the room made up every day on our return and everything restocked. Complementary breakfast and the pet bowl was a nice touch. Breakfast options were limited but good quality. The bed and bathroom were clean. Bed reasonably comfortable.
