I liked everything, the food, dinner, and breakfast were incredible. For me, it's one of the best hotels there is, very clean. I loved the service from the reception staff at the beautiful restaurant.

    When the main part of the square is either closed or not in...

    When the main part of the square is either closed or not in use (which seems to be often) it's very much a matter of taste. It looks like something Stalin would have rejected as too ugly. I can't begin to imagine what the fuss is about. It's a shame that a great city like Melbourne would try to make this a focal point.

    Located above the rail tracks, two plug-ugly cuboidal office blocks belonging to the transit authority formerly stood on this site. These have now been replaced with commercialised rubbish, and it is no improvement. Really NOT an attractive community space..

    Front desk friendly and efficient; but, prior to check-in messaging inquiries on booking.com was inadequate Modern and ample size room, 300 sq feet Location good but not Primo; for example,  25 m to Federation Square, Chinatown, 5 m to Southern Cross Station, 10 m to Marvel Stadium Got an late checkout for 2 hours .Nice touch 🙏

    Fantastic property. Wonderfully situated in the heart of everything Southbank has to offer and a leisurely 10 min stroll from Flinders Street Station and Federation Square. Very well appointed, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Great coffee and groceries close by, a 500m walk to Crown.
