Entire cabin to ourselves, very spacious, cute living room set up with large couch and nice small kitchenette. We opted for the luxury spa which was in the middle of the room interestingly enough, but huge and had salt soaks provided, as well as picturesque viewing window. Feels like the middle of the wilderness with trees and windows all around. Also large shower with many amenities provided (toiletries, etc).
Have many food packages you can purchase in advance - either packed lunches for hiking, or small breakfasts you can make in the room
This award-winning boutique wilderness retreat features an on-site restaurant and is located among peaceful rainforest surroundings.

I book this room for my birthday night. I arrived at around 9pm, the reception desk was closed, there was a paper bag on the door handle but the sticker on it said it is for a different person, my name was not on there. The whole property does not have internet access & phone signal so I can't not make a phone call.
I tried to use their phone, the emergency public phone on the left-hand side of the entrance is broken! Imagine if there is a real emergency??
The after-hour number can not get through.
I had no choice but to knock on a resident's house door, a kind gentleman came out and tried to help my by dialing the number that the property gave us, it didn't work as well.
The gentlemen told me I could go up to the staff accommodation area to ask for help, which I did. I drove up to the staff accommodation area in the dark, which is incredibly hard if you are not familiar with the area. I came up to a random container room and knocked on the door. A kind chef helped me resolve the issue. He grabbed his key and opened the reception door for me. It turned out that the receptionist messed up my name with other people, they put the wrong name on the paper bag that contained my room key.
In the next day I went to have breakfast, no one ever came up to me to apologize for their mistake. Later I checked out, no one apologised as well. It seems like they didn't realize I gave them the paper bag with a completely different name to my booking.
Disappointing experience, especially it happened on my birthday. I was planning to relax and have a chill night, instead I ran up and down, knocking on people's doors, just to get into my own room because of your staff's mistake.

This was a gorgeous location and perfect for our activities. The tiny house itself was sweet and well equipped and the floor to ceiling windows made it feel very spacious! Shower was very nice, larger than we expected and we loved having Netflix - very unexpected and was fun to watch a show after a long day of hiking in cradle mountain. Cooking facilities were also good.
