Hotels near Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne

Great place to see concerts, very modern and open spaces. Food drinks are a little bit on the pricey side but at least it was fresh and hot. Getting a taxi or similar ride trip after a concert you should expect to wait about 20 mins.

We attended Fleetwood Mac concert The drinks were very expensive $5.60 for a bottle of water ya joking We witnessed people smuggling in alcohol during the concert also people / others attending are so bloody rude getting up and down during the performance and the seating was terrible Some people behind us never shut up all night and one next to me was on her phone all night with the light blaring in my face

Huge venue to see your fav bands play. Really well organised and although it is walking distance from Mebourne central, Fedaration Square, it's a slightly confusing & meandering route so give yourself plenty of time.

Great venue. Very disappointed that although there was lots of advertising that Uber was a sponsor of the Australian Open we had to walk longer distances every day ( up to 1km one night) to catch an Uber home late at night.

Great venue to watch tennis matches. No obstructed views. I was in the last row and still was able to see the matches comfortably. Seats a very uncomfortable tho. They are hard and have edges that are like seating on the end of a glass table.

VERY dangerous getting up and particularly down the stairs. Have written to them to suggest a handrail of some sorts, so many older people complaining, you can't even hold onto a seat back to assist yourself. About time WorkSafe took a look in my opinion.
