Beautiful hotel on the edge of the Old Town. We had a room with a view on the Flame Towers, excellent. Special thanks to Rovsham in the breakfast restaurant, chatty, funny and very helpful, a specialist in hospitality. Also special thanks to Jafar (Cafar) at the reception who made our stay very welcome. He was very helpful with any question we had and helped us booked the best excursions. In the weekend the hotel has evening entertainment with local singers, they are great too.

Mostly i appreciated the way how they treat their guests. We were informed about all beautiful places to visit and fancy restaurants to eat. Moreover, there was an entire lecture about Baku and Azerbaijan history. Communication was at the highest level. Room was clean and cozy. In case of visiting Baku again, i’ll definitely go to this hotel.

The location was perfect within walking distance to all sites 40 mins walk to the flame towers, then to park boulevard, caspian sesport going back to Maiden Towers then to fountain square in half day. The reception was so kind to accompany me when I arrived at midnight to where the Nizami st is, where to eat and to buy Sim Card so that the following day I know where to find all the things I need. Thanks so much

Hotel is very well located, by walk you can go Old city ( very near about 200m), other places also ( Flame towers, DenizMall, Funicular and Nizami street) can be go by walk. Recommend to go Qaynana restaurant near the hotel, nice places. Hotel workers are very supportive and know Russian. You can exchange your money right there and also get sim card from them.

The view over the Caspian Sea and the flame towers was excellent. The location next to Boulevard (though it can be hard to cross the street). The studio at the 9th floor was immaculate, and large and had all necessities, great air conditioning, a waterfall shower, and a good coffee machine...the staff were vere cordial and helpful.

Excellent location just 3 minutes walk to the fountain square and with nice view of the city including flame towers. Extremely clean apartment with all the facilities. Staff was very helpful and polite. The pictures shown matches the actual condition and furniture. We checked if they can provide the facility to keep the bags for two days they told the the Watchman can keep this don't know for how much charges but was possible. The manager Ms. Sevil was very helpful and speaks good English.

An amazing hotel just right in the old city, walking distance to all main sights in the old city and also Nizami Street, the main commercial street, Baku waterfront boulevard and next to the metro station in case you need to use it. Also the rooftop restaurant has an amazing view on the Flame Towers. Plus, the staff were super friendly and nice. Definitely your best bet to stay in Baku.

Everything was amazing. Location is phenomenal, walking distance from most places of interest. Metro station just across the street. Staff are very professional and helpful. Room cleaning was also at a great level. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Breakfast overall was very nice. Our room had a nice view of the flame towers in the distance.

The hotel is very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and answered our questions nicely (it was our first day in Azerbaijan). The location is good, close to Azerbaijan eye, deniz mall and the flame towers. BTW, I recommend visiting the donner resturant next the hotel ( I attached a picture of the restaurant). They have kebabs, dinner kebab, great soups, rice and tea.
