The hotel was immaculate every detail. Room was very spacious with a balcony. Recieved a call to ask everything ok for us. All the staff were very welcoming. A mention to the lady at the door at breakfast & N. Namig I think the gentlemans name was. Always there to serve guests.

Beautiful hotel on the edge of the Old Town. We had a room with a view on the Flame Towers, excellent. Special thanks to Rovsham in the breakfast restaurant, chatty, funny and very helpful, a specialist in hospitality. Also special thanks to Jafar (Cafar) at the reception who made our stay very welcome. He was very helpful with any question we had and helped us booked the best excursions. In the weekend the hotel has evening entertainment with local singers, they are great too.
