What a wonderful hotel. Great central location, clean and tidy. The bed was super comfy. Staff were all lovely. Breakfast was fantastic as was dinner in the hotel. Simply superb stay. Would we book again oh yes. Well done to the team that delivered a wonderful stay

Nice hotel with all good quality amenities. and very friendly staff. All of the staff at the hotel were lovely, friendly, and took great care of us with kindness and respect except for one individual, whose attitude unfortunately had a negative impact on my overall experience. However, I am still happy to give a full score of 10, without deducting any points for the one staff member who affected the overall atmosphere of the stay. All staff in Era restaurant are attentive and went beyond our expectations.
