Second time here. The hotel offers a rare mix: great location on mountain top, 20 km from Sofia, at 1800m height. At night you could see the stars and all that you will hear is the wind blowing thru the trees. Comfort of the rooms only stayed in one of their apartments which I would recommend) is great. Quality mattress with quality bedding and duvet. Good quality towels, they offer bathrobe and spa towels. Only hotel in which I received kids towels + bathrobe for my kid! Staff is great. Honestly I do not know how they managed to assemble such a team, but congratulations to the management! Front desk, waiters, barmans, all were great and I thank them for making such a wonderful stay. Very good cleaning. Very private and cosy, rooms are very warm. 5 minutes walking to the ski slopes, parking is just in front, so everything is very convenient. All in all my congratulations for a job well done!

Place was clean. We had a balcony with a beautiful view. Everything in the room was working - internet, TV. Bathroom is HUGE! The place offers best value for this money around. Night lights available for both sides of the bed. Location is ok - bus stops and eating places available 5-10 min downtown.
