LebanonEverything was exceptional. I arrived early 10 minutes and they extended my checkout until 3:00 PM in the PentHouse because they couldn't free up the room from previous guest. Private pool is amazing. The room service is outstanding especially with the complementary services. Staff is amazing on the reception and in the PH service. Food is amazing. Location is great and they have free parking.

The hotel service was exceptional; they even helped us clean our wedding dresses, which was such a thoughtful touch.
