We had a comfortable and wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The old building had lots of charm. Given its location in the heart of the old city, we expected to hear a lot of street noise but were pleasantly surprised as to how quiet the room was. The breakfast was excellent and we appreciated the help they gave us in arranging for a guide to see the city. Everything about our stay was top notch.

Incredibly nice staff, great price, I will definitely stay here on my next visit in Salvador. Short walking distance to the old city, buses passes outside the door, ~5 min walk to metro, nice supermarket/café next doors. It's on old motel that is being remodeled to a hotel.
