I didn’t eat in the lounge or restaurant but I had drinks in the bar with my family one night and it had a great atmosphere. The room was large and the bathroom had great shower and the king size bed and bedding were so comfortable The staff at the front desk were very friendly and the cleaning staff were friendly too I stayed here last year and will stay here next time I visit Victoria.Guest review byAnonymousCanada

The staff were positive and helpful. Most all rooms look out to the bay, and the restaurant has a wonderful view looking in the direction of the Empress hotel lit up at night. Most all the amenities on site you would want, including covered parking. A very pleasant place I will return to in the future. But the best part is its LOCATION! Easy walking distance to the Inner Harbor, Parliament Building, I-Max, Beacon Hill Park, and just a little farther to Fisherman's Wharf, cruise line terminal, and all the action downtown.
