We only took a share ride once due to being more than a 30 minute walk. Everything else was practically 10 to 20 minute walk. We were 10 minute walk from Yaletown and Robson street. The hotel was very clean and always received fresh towels. We had breakfast included with our stay. The restaurant staff was excellent and very attentive. The location is just off Robson Street, the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, Granville Island is just down the road & accessable by water taxi. Continental breakfast is available in the hotel & was adequate. Staff were friendly & helpful. We didn't know how to use the shower & after ringing down to reception someone was there promptly to show us.

BC Place is across the street; Rogers arena is a 5 minute walk; Shopping on Robson Street is a 6 minute walk. The Staff were very friendly, checkin and checkout was quick and easy. The hotel staff was super welcoming and checked us in early, then stored our luggage until our flight time on the last day. Beds are comfortable, everything was clean, airco working well. Nothing to complain about really!
