I booked a short stay, just overnight, as I was in Toronto to attend a concert. The hotel was right in the heart of the action. Very convenient location. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning. I opted for a king deluxe room and it was HUGE! The room was immaculate. Check in was smooth and the representative very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

    You just can't beat the location. We stayed here for an event at Scotiabank Arena and it is right across the street! It's only a little further to Union Station. The apartment itself is a nice amount of space for two people for a couple of days. The view is lovely.

    My stay at the Sheraton hotel was exceptional. From the warm welcome from the friendly doorman (also gave me some advice on some local restaurants), the easy and fast check-in, to the spacious, clean room with the stunning view of the CN tower...Perfect! The hotel also has an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, coffee shop and bar. On top of that, the location is lower downtown, close to Union station, the financial district, entertainment, museums, shopping etc

    The room had a kitchenette which was a very nice surprise. The TV was quite big, and the washroom was newly renovated. I also liked the big containers with soap, shampoo and body lotion, so much better then the small toiletries that are common in other hotels. The location near the Union Station and the Eaton Centre is perfect.

    Convenient location close to downtown. Right across from the trolley that takes you to downtown, Union Station, and other major destinations. Easy walking distance to nearby restaurants. Friendly staff, who were very understanding and accommodating when my flight was cancelled, and I was lucky enough to get the last available room that night. Good value for the money and better than a shared hostel room, since you get your own private room and bed. Great security since it is a major university campus.
