Excellent staff who all went out of their ways to attend to all our requests and beyond. We were offered tea coffee and use of bathroom facilities on early arrival and again until 10pm when we had to wait for our 2am flight. The food at the restaurant was very good and the restaurant manager was courteous and super attentive which made the meal that much more enjoyable. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located but very quiet and cosy.

Our experience at this hotel exceeded all expectations. The room we stayed in was absolutely fantastic, surpassing any other accommodations we've encountered.     Location was ideal! We walked to Stanley Park, Gastown, Yaletown, the Convention Centre, and Granville Island (using a water taxi, as well). Despite being located on a busy street, we found our room to be very quiet when we were there in July. The king bed was oh-so comfortable and the staff most friendly.

    The unit was spacious, clean and secure overall. Location was in walking distance to Granville Island aquabus, CF Pacific mall, Yaletown and many great bakeries, grocery stores and restaurants. Owner was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had.

    This is a great hotel right in Yaletown. The 1 bedroom accommodation was essentially a proper apartment with full kitchen and bath, a nice deck, generous living spaces and closets and a very comfy bed. The kitchen had enough supplies to support us making our own meals, etc. Staff were great, the roof-top was lovely. Highly recommend as a very comfortable hotel and/or Airbnb alternative.

    Location could not have been better, across the street from Vancouver metro station you can move around town in no time and very efficient. The Yaletown area is fantastic, restaurants, neighborhood retails, close to parks and bike lane system... all making you feel like a local. Staff super friendly and always available to accommodate any request.
