Rooms were clean and modern. We stayed in a small room but even that was comfortable enough. Staff was so kind and helpful. The location was great, 10 minutes away from every important part of the city.

The hotel’s design was really nice, stylish and consistent across every room. The attention to little details was amazing. There was a really spacious and comfortable library room for both reading and working if needed. There was even a sauna (although i haven’t tried yet). I like the separation between bathroom and shower room. All products used within the facility were good quality. The staff were super friendly and helpful. And the food at eater attached to the hotel was very delicious (for all dinner, breakfast and even late night snacks).

    I like everything about this apartment, my parents enjoy staying here. It's closed to tram walk 3 mins and easy to go to Basel SBB. You can either walk 30 mins or just take tram 5 mins. Entire apartment is clean and huge. We stayed 3 night total for 5 people, very happy and satisfied.

We have stayed in many Ibis properties in Europe and, with the excellent service we received at the Ibis Basel Bahnhof, Ibis hotels will be our first choice

    One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. Not social, but amazing quality and worth the price - the rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are large with great showers, and everything is so clean. The breakfast is amazing also! Simple, but so good - freshly baked bread, good cheeses, homemade müsli and jam etc. It is right next to the Basel Bad station, and you can be at Basel SBB in 20 minutes with the tram/bus And the staff is so nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend:))

    It is a simple hotel (hostel like). Clean, tidy, friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Great bar / cafeteria with drinks and snacks, nice little garden, etc. WiFi was good too. Walking distance from Basel SBB train station, very convenient! Also, the tram 16 stop "Bahnhofeingang Gundeldingen" is 250 meters from the Hyve's entrance. This line gets you to the historical center (Barfusser square, to Markt square and to the river side.)

    This is the perfect location, just a 5 minute walk to the Basel SBB station. The apartment was very clean, and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a lovely balcony with a table and chairs where we ate dinner and the separate rooms were nice for our group of 3.

    The idea of a capsule is excellent! For someone who suffers from sleeping problems and with limited budget like me, it is a perfect option between hostel and hotel. I like my capsule. It was very quiet and clean. The price is unbeatable in Switzerland. The location is very good, 5 mins walk from Basel SBB. It is not possible for an early check-in but they offer a luggage room. The staffs are nice.
