CanadaThe hotel’s design was really nice, stylish and consistent across every room. The attention to little details was amazing. There was a really spacious and comfortable library room for both reading and working if needed. There was even a sauna (although i haven’t tried yet). I like the separation between bathroom and shower room. All products used within the facility were good quality. The staff were super friendly and helpful. And the food at eater attached to the hotel was very delicious (for all dinner, breakfast and even late night snacks).

The location was great, near the tram and the main train station, Basel SBB.
The room was large and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the towels were changed daily.
I appreciated receiving a Basel Card from the hotel, which was very useful. It offered free transportation and 50% off at many tourist attractions.

We had a great stay at the Hyve Basel. The staff sent very clear directions to reach the hotel and check in process. The storage room was a bonus. Easily reachable form Basel SBB it was a good apartment for a night or 2. They did not have a kitchen in the apartment but you could freely use the shared kitchen in the building. The Bed were comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay, even though we were not very much impressed by Basel in General.

We enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions. The apartment is quiet, spacious, clean and bright. The beds, sofa beds and pillows were very comfortable. The closet space in the living room area is a great plus. The location is also great; it's within walking distance to shops and bus stops that are about a 15-minute ride to Basel SBB. It's very close to the Germany and France border, about 15 minutes by tram. We would stay there again!

Love this hotel. Third stay. Always a warm welcome from ladies on reception and during breakfast. Excellent stylish, comfortable hotel at a fair price. Easy one stop on bus 30 outside hotel to Basel SBB and on to airport. Perfect overnight stop. Old town Basel just down steps behind hotel.

I like everything about this apartment, my parents enjoy staying here. It's closed to tram walk 3 mins and easy to go to Basel SBB. You can either walk 30 mins or just take tram 5 mins.
Entire apartment is clean and huge. We stayed 3 night total for 5 people, very happy and satisfied.

This is a beautiful hotel. Breakfast was amazing as well as the location! The staff was attentive and friendly. Our overnight stay was a delight. We traveled from the Basel SBB train station in the morning and it was so convenient.

Great location, conveniently located between two tram lines that give options for connecting from the Basel SBB train station and for getting around town. The apartment was in good condition and was well equipped. The beds were comfortable and linens in great condition.

It is a simple hotel (hostel like). Clean, tidy, friendly staff, nice atmosphere.
Great bar / cafeteria with drinks and snacks, nice little garden, etc.
WiFi was good too.
Walking distance from Basel SBB train station, very convenient!
Also, the tram 16 stop "Bahnhofeingang Gundeldingen" is 250 meters from the Hyve's entrance.
This line gets you to the historical center (Barfusser square, to Markt square and to the river side.)

The idea of a capsule is excellent! For someone who suffers from sleeping problems and with limited budget like me, it is a perfect option between hostel and hotel.
I like my capsule. It was very quiet and clean.
The price is unbeatable in Switzerland.
The location is very good, 5 mins walk from Basel SBB.
It is not possible for an early check-in but they offer a luggage room.
The staffs are nice.
