We love everything about this little gem! Fantastic historic hotel with fantastic food!

From the room to the restaurant, this hotel lives up to the expectations. It’d be nice to stay in summer, but it was also worth during winter and it has its own atmosphere.

I was surprised by the view, even choosing the "city view" room, there was a side window with a lovely view to the lake.

Quiet But as it was raining raining, some noice on the windows, but it was ok. The room is cosy and it's very nice. The man at the reception was very effective and very sympathetic and professional. Nice breakfast.

My name is Michael Lucas, Tatyana is my wife, we came to the hotel from Miami to celebrate a New Year's Eve 2023. We had an unbelievable time. Nicolas Muller - the hotel's food and beverage manager, organized for the guest's of the hotel a fantastic, high quality New Year's Eve party in the rooftop hotel restaurant overlooking the magnificent lake Neuchatel! Though we did not have a reservation for the New Year's Eve celebration which had all been sold out, he managed to accommodate us as well. Nicolas Muller's professionalism has no limits or boundaries, Nicolas is a detail-oriented high-professional with top skills in hospitality management. He can make people happy even in unpredictable situations. Thank you Nicolas, you made us happy on the New Year's Eve 2023 and you make this hotel a better place and we will by all means come back to your hotel again to experience a high level food and beverage service. Close to the lake and right in the City center. It’s a facility with old style and modern touch. Nice stuff, very kind.
