The staff is really helpful, when we ask for the nearest place to ski, he help us to search for the best option. Room was big and clean, you can ride the tram just across the street. Overall very good hotel.

This room was adorable and cozy with soft beds and clean linens - just what we craved after some chaotic experiences in the days prior. We felt safe and warm and the central location in Bern felt secure and easy.

The best thing is the world class hospitality by the staff. They are awesome, kind, and helpful. Always greet you with a smile. The second thing is the location, just in front of the station Wakedorf. The third thing is the very happening common area. It is fun to have drinks, play games, and nice big teddy to cuddle.
