Staff was very polite and helpful. Location was very good, near the tram station. Breakfast also was very fresh and tasty. I will choose this hotel again.

Very Comfortable rooms and value for money. easily reachable by single tram and next to a big mall for shopping. very nice breakfast included.

This was the perfect spot in Bern, plus the hotel gives you free travel on Bern trams. Meaning through the city is travel free and you only have to worry when going out to Lauterbrunnen etc.

How can I put it? The hotel is so good which easily exceeded my expectations. It's literally next to wankdorf station, takes 3 mins to Bern main station. There are buses, trams around as well, even if you want to walk down to the city centre, it won't take more than half an hour. The staff are so friendly, they even provided us complimentary drink on the day we arrived. Hotel itself has this modern vibes from lobby to individual room. Unfortunately we didn't try the food there, but it looked delicious when other guests had it.

The Hotel Waldhorn in Bern is situated a 10-minute walk or a short tram ride from the city centre and the BEA Expo. It offers free WiFi and features an underground garage at a surcharge.
