Very friendly staff, ready to help anytime. Location is excellent, right next to gate of Old Town. Parking is easy and cheap for Basel. Great garden outside, nice place to relax.

I was greeted by Elmira at the welcome desk and she made my stay very special. Always greeted with a warm smile and the hotel staff attended to all my requests. Alex from reception also had great dinner recommendations. The hotel is clean, very central, quiet, close to the main station, and has perfect water pressure. The breakfast is also fresh and super yummy.

A very fun place, you can tell just how much energy went into the design and overall experience. Excellent hospitality. A young man at the front desk was very helpful in directing us toward art in the city.
