They have improved their staffing now and it is far more friendly experience. Young dynamic crew that works hard to provide the best service. Front desk person is very nice and charming--important as it sets the tone for the stay. They are much more oriented towards understanding what hospitality and customer service means. It is a constant struggle and not easy as some guests may be difficult and they are now winning.
