We only stayed for a single night, after our filght arrived from Brazil and we were actually heading to Puerto Varas. The hotel is old (from 1958!) but very well maintained, with all areas looking as new, and with a very nice lobby. Very good breakfast and excellently well located, adjacent to the Plaza de Arms and the restaurant Fuente de Alí, very close to the big shopping mall Paseo Costanera and in front of the costanera of the city along the Pacific Ocean. When we arrived we were given complimentary drinks, which was a nice surprise. It’s also worth mentioning that the staff were very kind with my daughter and her husband, who arrived very early in the hotel in the other day, just to meet us, and were given access to the hotel premises.

The rooms were clean and the attention to detail in each one was apparent. Also the staff is 10/10 they were so accommodating and the most helpful- would recommend this place to anyone staying in the area
