The staff were AMAZING! They spoke excellent English and were super helpful. They arranged my transport and showed me everywhere I needed to go and also gave great recommendations. Great employees in the hotel. I recommend getting excursions in the hotel. About great wall extras - old style chairs are enough, not necessarily to buy both kinds of lifts (especially if you are with child).
