The entire staff went above and beyond to make my stay truly memorable, but I must give a special shout-out to Jack for his outstanding service. From the moment I checked in, Jack's warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home. He was incredibly attentive to my needs and ensured that every aspect of my stay was seamless. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or handling any inquiries I had, he was always willing to assist with a smile. Jack's attention to detail was remarkable, and he demonstrated genuine care for the guests. He personalized my stay with thoughtful gestures, making me feel like a valued guest. His professionalism and dedication to his role were evident, and it truly enhanced my overall experience. Moreover, the facilities at Hotel Shangrila Futian were top-notch. The room was spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was great! Lots of delicious and fresh options. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the turn down service in the evening as well. Would definitely stay here again.

    This modest sized hotel on a quiet street in central Shenzhen is a convenient short taxi or long walk to Coco Park with a vast amount of restaurants at all price ranges. Our room had a great view overlooking a golf course and of the skyline. The breakfast was fine and the dining had another great view. It also had a self-laundry.

    Patient and helpful staff especially Charlene and Cora. Room is spacious, and it is easy to get taxis. There are also many restaurants next to the hotel. Coco park is only RMB10 taxis to get to.

    There was a great selection for breakfast especially taking into account it was included in the price. The location was walkable to Coco Park. Everything was quite new. I wasn’t looking for a luxury stay so this hotel was perfect; comfortable, clean, spacious. The room had both soft and firm pillows, which was a nice added detail, very good black out blinds.

    The two-bedroom suite allocated to us was very spacious, bright, and well-designed enough to tempt one to stay in the suite rather than venturing out. There are few restaurants in the immediate residential community but the Coco Park area is within walking distance and taxis are easy to get with an app.

    One of the rooms that we booked was a corner room, and the city view was enthralling! My family and I have visited so much 5-star hotels, and this is by far one of my kids' favorites. All hotel employees were polite, accommodating, and good in English. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and are filled with high-end furnitures/products. It was also close to malls like Coco Park.
