The location is best in Gullin, and you get anywhere inconvenient time. The room vibe is breathtaking, wallless surroundings with Guilin lovely natural. Hotels stuff very friendly, they are always there for you. I really recommend to explore Lakeside Resort. Thank you for the Lakeside stuff, you guys made us really have great memories in Guliln.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Guilin Village Creek Inn, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, Michelle and her team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their outstanding service and warm hospitality made us feel welcome and cared for. Michelle’s attention to detail and personal touch truly set this place apart. The mornings at Guilin Village Creek Inn were a highlight of our stay. Each day began with an authentic breakfast that was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The variety of local delicacies gave us a wonderful taste of the region's cuisine, and it was evident that a lot of love and care went into preparing each meal. One of the standout experiences during our stay was our trip to Yangshuo via a cruise along the Li River. Michelle and her team arranged everything seamlessly, from the boat tickets to personalized transportation. The cruise itself was breathtaking, with stunning views of the karst mountains and serene river landscapes. It was an unforgettable journey that was made even better by the hassle-free arrangements provided by the inn. The personalized transportation provided by the Guilin Village Creek Inn was another aspect that greatly enhanced our trip. Whether we needed a ride to a local attraction or a transfer to the airport, the service was prompt, reliable, and comfortable. It made exploring the area so much easier and stress-free. The staff, especially one staff member, was amazing. Helped so much with trips and gave so much advice and very friendly. The breakfast is also amazing, and the breakfast dining room is very comfy. The hotel overall is just very cute and our room was very cute. and the staff are extremely (like I want to emphasize it) friendly and helpful. Even packed us lunch for our boat trip when we left the hotel.

It was a perfectly organized stay. We messaged the property via booking.com to get a transfer from train station and tours to Longji rice terraces and Li Cruise organized. Everything was duly noted and executed. We were picked up by the driver at the train station (it was a free pick-up included in the price because we stayed for 3 nights). Next day the driver took us to the docks and handed tickets for the Li Cruise. The other day English-speaking driver Peter picked us up and we drove to the Longji rice terraces. Before going to the terraces we cooked a bamboo rice and visited minority village. Also we had one more free day when we arrived, and the receptionist showed us the points of interest to visit in Guilin (lake with Pagoda twin towers, elephant trunk park, etc.). The staff does not speak any English but we were able to communicate fluently via WeChat (there is a built-in translator there), Google translate and other translator apps. So in general we had no communication issues.
