The hotel is very good in terms of services, the breakfast is excellent and with a lot of variety, the room is very clean, spacious and very modern. The staff is charming, they care about giving you a quality service and were very kind to us when it came to arrange excursions or cab service. Especially the manager, Hank Yan, was very attentive every day to make sure we didn't miss anything and was very attentive to everything.

Staff is perfect. They speak English so well and helped us many times. We got a very clean room with expected facilities. Also the hotel helped us with transportation to The Great Wall.

Very elegant, luxuries and classic environment which gives you feeling of like staying at Castle. Comfortable bed and pillow. Various choices and nice breakfast. Stuff are very helpful and friendly. I spent great time. Will definitely come back again.
