Pearl's interpersonal skills are truly remarkable. She has an innate ability to make guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step into the hotel. Her warm demeanor and attentive nature create an inviting atmosphere that guests often mention in their reviews. Pearl goes above and beyond to ensure that guests have a positive experience, whether it's assisting with check-in/check-out procedures, providing information about local attractions, or resolving any issues they may encounter during their stay. Location with sea view, almost everything looks brand new and clean.

Great service in a very nice hotel. After 3 weeks traveling around China this was the best most hospitable place we stayed.
