The convenient underground parking, friendly staff who can communicate smoothly in English via WeChat, delicious breakfast, and proximity to the Zhangjiajie free shuttle terminal all added up to a very satisfying stay. Although my Zhangjiajie tour ran longer than expected and I went past the checkout time, the hotel graciously provided a flexible checkout option.

Dan Dan was a great help in getting us tickets and showing us what was possible in our time at Zhangziazie. The place was clean and offered a free laundry room to wash clothes. They also offered shuttle service free of charge to the airport and back.
