Excellent hotel, very nice staff, Alina, Jan, Tatiana( the housekeeper)...very good value for money, clean, excellent breakfast, very good location, not in city centre, but close enough. Definitely going back to same hotel while in Prague. Thank you for a very nice stay!

The property offered multiple amenities. Full breakfast, additional dining within walking distance, and a welcoming lounge area within the lobby. We did have a reservation mix up, to no fault of the hotel and they went above & beyond to resolve it.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered free gifts to the guest including wine and water and discount city card. The spa was also very comfortable and very clean and relaxing.

A cozy hotel with rigorous attention to details and customer experience. Comfortable bed. Quiet in the night, enough they provide a set of ear plugs. A bottle of a pretty good Italian as a compliment and mulled wine at reception really made my day! High recommend and hope to stay there again.
