This place was fantastic and spotless. The lounge area, which also serves breakfast, had coffee and tea all day long. Our room was cozy and quite spacious. For breakfast, they had three cooked-to-order options. I tried two of them, and both were delicious. Our room faced the tram tracks, so we kept the window shut but opened the bathroom window for some fresh air. Surprisingly, the street noise was less than I thought it would be. A couple of highlights: the staff was amazing. We had a problem with the refrigerator, and they were ready to help us even after 10 PM when we arrived. We decided to take care of it in the morning instead. The beds were incredibly comfy; once I lay down, I didn’t want to get up! I would definitely recommend this place!

After living/staying in this Hotel for 3 1/2 months in a row back in 2012, this whole experience was simply a trip down memory lane. A lot of things are still the same, a few new carpets here and there, comfy towels etc. Nice and professional staff at the Reception and in the Restaurant, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, nowadays of course Wi-Fi. Easy to get to from Ostrava-SVINOV (not hlavni nadrazi nowadays, due to construction work in the city centre)

The accommodations is located in the cultural center Akord. Akord hosts various events such as theaters, balls, parties and corporate events. Mini Hotel Akord is set in Ostrava-Zábřeh.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was a big plus. Breakfast was also good.
