- The staff was super nice and attentive, they even upgraded the room which was a lovely surprise (special thanks to Daria!) - The room was beautifully designed, had this classic yet modern feel, very spacious and quiet. Mira the receptionist on our first night was absolutely superb during the check in process and provided lots of special offers which we appreciated so much. 10 out of 10 for Mira. During our last breakfast, Alena the waitress was superb as well being very attentive telling us about the different breakfast options and again 10 out of 10 for her. And a final say about the room cleaner (sorry can't remember her name but a tall blonde lady) very pleasant and did a great job tidying the room. Again 10 out of 10 for her. The whole stay at the hotel was excellent, great room, quiet, relaxing (loved the drawing area next to reception), great staff, perfect location. Will definitely book again when we visit Prague in the future.

- Spotlessly clean in every nook and cranny! - We felt immediately welcomed both by the staff and the general cleanliness and brightness of the hotel - nicely positioned within the city - good selection of toiletries - solid hotel breakfast with many good options, including vegetarian ones and good drinks - very helpful employees that fully compensate for the minimal shortcoming of not having a parking spot right in front of the hotel/inside of it

The property was great, but our flight got canceled due to weather, i asked the hotel to change it from 4 days to 3 they said no problem but I had to go through booking, booking kept saying the hotel couldn’t accommodate us, but we were at the hotel so I’m not to happy with booking
