Large, very comfortable room with all needed facilities and more. Extremely friendly and helpful staff: during our bus ride to the hotel, my husband lost his cellphone, and they went the extra mile to help us. (Phone was found!) The decoration of the hotel is beautiful, the location is in theb old town, in the vicinity of the Convent of St Agnes of Bohemia, where you find (part of) the National Gallery, and in a very quiet street.

The Hotel Haštal Prague Old Town has a quiet location in the Old Town, a 15-minute walk from Charles Bridge and just a 5-minute walk from the Old Town Square.

Very tasty and extensive breakfast. Always available coffee. Lovely interior and history. Very comfortable beds. Felt very welcome and excellent service level of staff. Located very close to the center, but quiet and with good transport links.

I stayed at this hotel several times in the last years. It is conveniently located in the center of Prague, breakfast is very good, with fresh, home-made food. The reason I return to this hotel is the added value brought by the staff, the guests feel welcome at Residence Agnes. In fact, I have just booked it again, the second time visiting this year.
