The hotel is situated in the old part of Prague, minutes away from all main streets, high quality restaurants, fun bars and everything else you're looking for a short holiday. Rooms are super clean, very well looked after. Staff is friendly and actually helpful, we had an issue with a temperature in our room, which was resolved effectively. We loved the hotel's vibe in general, it's very classy, old fashioned in a good way.

Quite rooms with no noise helps you get a decent sleep. Location is perfect and nearby everything in the city Centre. The staff are 😍 especially Diana, Tania, Asmi and Ahmed. The guest relations officer (Ahmed) has helped us in our last minute taxi booking to the Main Station using his phone Bolt. This was after our failed attempts using Uber. (Advice from him: always use Bolt in Prague and not Uber. It wasn't too late for us to learn this rip. Food and drinks are decent, with good variety of freshly made deserts. The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious, speed wifi, and is the best value for money compared to other hotels.

Hotel Waldstein is located in the most attractive part of Prague, surrounded by Prague Castle and just a few steps from Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square.

Everything. I would especially point out the big TV and the wonderful breakfast (all the exquisite kinds of tea, bakery, hot and cold food!). The staff was very polite and classy. The hotel was clean, calm and uniquely stylish.
