Walking around was easy you are at the top of the hill. So walking to most things are up and down hill :)

For a reward when you arrive, visit the brewery. What a treat. They make a black lager from a 400 year old secret recipe. The monks did it right that is for sure. the food is really good too!!!

well the two main rooms cannot be really visited: you stay at the entrance, and have a look from outside. For good reasons: humidity and preservation. The area itself is charming and the cloister and the gallery are beautiful. If you want to visit the two libraries, in, a special booking is necessary.

I liked that it could fit all our family in such a beautiful and cozy place. We are near the castle and the Strahov monastery! It really was wonderfully situated. Karolina was a good host. It was easy to get in. There are beautiful cafes nearby, and the tram stop is also nearby. One
