RussiaExcellent location just 2 minutes from subway, 5-6 mins away from the block of restaurants and bars of all varieties. The room was spacious with ability to open the window, in fairly quiet neighborhood.
Excellent breakfast (a bit pricey but it all worth it). I have not tried the restaurant but had very pleasant experience at the bar.

ItalyI can not say enough great things about this hotel. Beautiful inside, VERY comfortable rooms, sparkly clean and amazing staff! They went above and beyond all of our expectations, helping us make reservations for New Years Eve dinner at the last minute AND helping us contact a taxi driver to locate something we left. A great value compared to some of the other hotels in this area but totally worth the money we spent, for the comfort, service and location. We could easily walk to many of the major sights, or take a quick walk to the nearest train/metro to get everywhere we wanted to go! I would absolutely stay here again and again!!!

United StatesMy partner and I stayed in Berlin for 10 days and Locke was our home away from home! The staff were exceptional and extremely helpful for whatever we needed, the hotel itself is gorgeous, so fun to grab a coffee and hang on the balcony of the lobby overlooking amazing views, the room was so cozy and spaced out practically, one of the best showers EVER, and we were able to do laundry on site, washer and dryer which was such a luxury when you’re traveling kinda lighter! It’s also walking distance from all of my partner’s and mine favorite restaurants and sites, 15 min walk to berghain ;) If I could give this hotel a million stars I would!

If you’d like to enjoy a 360° view of the city and the entry fee of €18–24 isn’t a concern, this spot can be a good option. Be sure to book your tickets well in advance. Personally, I don’t consider it a must-visit attraction given the price, but the overall surroundings are pleasant.

The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we visited. Great markets, lighting, an ice rink and Santa flying across the sky. There are some great places to eat there and metro station right there.

Fantastic location near Alexanderplatz; very close to trains and trams. We had an apartment with separate bedroom and living area, nice with large amount of space. Kitchen was pretty well equipped, including coffee and maker (plunger type). There's a good grocery store just around the corner.

The hotel is located near Alexanderplatz station (5 min walking). Very good location, in a quiet street. It is very easy to reach the airport and other important places from alexanderplatz station.
There are special stores near the hotel and some restaurants and food stores.
The room is very big, new, clean, all the facilities are very quality. The staff is very kind and helpful. Very recommended place.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a nice living room. It was just a few minutes walk to Alexanderplatz - lots of shops, eateries, and both U- and S-bahn stations. The apartment we got had 2 bathrooms, which was more than we had expected!

The apartment was very spacious and clean, in a quiet suburban street not far from a tram stop that connects straight to Alexanderplatz, which connects well with the rest of Berlin. So, super convenient. Keys were in a lockbox at the door. Plan ahead to get the code you need.

We were on the 33rd floor and had an amazing view over Alexanderplatz and southern Berlin. The hotel is very close to the trains, trams and buses. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby, if you didn't want to eat in the hotel restaurants.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were not.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious for 2 people. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean and the wifi worked perfectly. The location of the hotel was fantastic with tram stops outside and a short walk from Alexanderplatz which had great food options and shopping opportunities. We were very happy with our stay and felt it was really good value for money.

An up to date, well maintained hotel located in the middle of Alexanderplatz. We were lucky enough to have a room on the top floor with a beautiful view over the city. The rooftop lounge is a must, the view is spectacular! The beds were super comfortable. And the breakfast was also great.
