Just gorgeous. Go so that you can spend the whole day there. It's huge. We didn't get to see everything because we went in the afternoon. There are food options there, and they weren't badly priced so you never have to leave until you're ready. But really go in the morning so you have all day if you need it.
It is an amazing experience to see what royal life was like back in the days! The building is an amazing piece of art and makes you realise the power and influence of rich royal families. If you love history and art, this is something worth seeing!
Nymphenburg Palace is best enjoyed in the morning before many tourists arrive as well as on a sunny day. The palace boasts large, beautiful, sprawling gardens and is delightful on a bright, summer mroning, so put on your walking shoes and go!
If you wanna see a royal palace without overly crowded people, this is your choice. Like other places in Munich, it is normal for Muncheners to just go there and relax without disturbance from tourists.
Very relaxing place to visit - you can go to the palace grounds without paying entry fee and just wander through or sit under the shady trees. Lots of people do just that. It's a tranquil place to visit. If you choose to pay to visit the palace, you must also pay to see the carriage house with all of the gilt carriages and sleds - they're beautiful.
Extremely helpful English speaking personnel, convenient location to see the Nymphenburg palace and to commute to the city centre, very good breakfast, quiet area, reasonable price, no parking problem.
