Modern clean hotel in good location. Staff very polite and helpful

Great location close to the Malecon and park. Helpful staff, let me leave the luggage there for 2 days. The elevator worked, the water was hot, Wi-Fi signal was normal. Good size room.

Hotel is a bit more pricey than other options in Ecuador, but it offers very good quality. Room was comfortable, with great bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Staff is excellent and they are always very helpful. Hotel is very central and there is a guard at the entrance so you always feel safe. It is next to a mall, which is very convenient. Hotel has a restaurant and bar and they have a pick up service from the airport. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I am not sure why the ratings are so bad because I had a pleasant stay. Ivan at the reception was very helpful and nice, he helped me find a room to check in early because I had a problem with one of my feet. The room I had was on the 7th floor, hot water in the shower was working, had fresh towels, TV and Aircon. The hotel is also very good located, around the middle of the Malecón and 3 minutes away from the Museum of Guayaquil. Thank you very much, I'll come back!

Clean, tidy, comfortable, everything was perfect. It feels like home and has solved many practical problems. I will choose to stay here again if I have another time.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the beds were comfortable, the whole stay was a pleasure.

We stayed here overnight due to an early flight and found it to be a practical choice. The hotel is located a few blocks from the river, though the immediate surroundings aren't particularly attractive. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. Our room was spacious, though the bathroom felt a bit cramped, and the shower leaked slightly onto the floor. That said, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and despite the hotel being on a main street, we hardly noticed any traffic noise. Breakfast was simple but sufficient. Overall, for a short stay and the price we paid, it was a good value.
