I liked so much their 24/7 reception. Their location and accessibility to tourist attractions. Their cleanliness and ambience. Their preparation. Their smooth transaction. Value for money is exactly what we got. Special mention to the receptions who accommodated us during our check in and check out, I think it was Jekaterina and I was not able to recall the girl with a nose pierce. But overall, had a fantastic time. I was able to relax. Will definitely come back!

It is a truly wonderful place: the rooms, the Spa and the whole property are meticulously clean, spotless! Ideal; the vibe is modern and yet cozy; the prices are fair and the hospitality policies are quite generous: I was suddenly offered an upgrade. I am also grateful to the wonderful reception employees: they made sure I had my needs covered and were genuinely so lovely, even offered a small favour - thank you! For those who haven’t been to Radisson spa - make sure you visit! The bath robes and towels are provided. You will use the room key as the key for the locker at the spa. Set aside at least an hour and enjoy.
