We had a lovely stay at Museum & Nile View Hotel! While the entrance to the building might seem a bit confusing at first, once you reach the 8th floor, you’ll find newly renovated, super clean rooms with a good view. The location is fantastic — just a 3-5 minute walk to the Egyptian Museum, which was very convenient. What truly made our experience exceptional was the amazing staff. Nancy and Ahmed went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They were kind, attentive, and always available when we needed assistance. We were planning to travel to Alexandria, but ride-hailing apps kept showing overpriced fares. Nancy and Ahmed arranged a trustworthy driver for us at a fair price and even followed up to make sure we arrived safely. That kind of care is rare, and we are really grateful for their support. Overall, the hotel is a great value for the price, and the hospitality we received was top-notch. Thank you again, and we hope to return one day
