The view from the terrace is wow. The staff is very caring, they helped us with all our requests. It s a pity that we couldn't stay more because the hotel was full. I recommend you guys to put a sign to indicate the location, since it is a bit hard to find the entrance.

Everything is perfect in this hotel, from staff, amenities, rooms, food, you name it—all are 5 stars rated. Staff are very friendly, from reception to butlers. Receptionists Kero, Madonna, Mahmoud, and Jailan. Moustafa from the staff is also very helpful. I can't say more than it was a very stunning experience.

It’s a modest little hotel with the best views of the pyramids. The breakfast was amazing. The host was incredible! We didn’t feel like going out, so he brought food to us for dinner!
